About me...
An openness to diversity and unique backgrounds
An international, inclusive and humanistic approach to coaching, which links professional rigor with the gentleness of listening, and which helps each person to find their own path — between dream and reality.
Hello, I'm Marie
I help my clients—in French or English, in France or internationally—in identifying their talents, developing new skills, and imagining new possibilities. My credo: we get new perspectives on better strengths awareness, looking at our journey from different points of view.
Twice an expatriate (in Romania and England), Human Resources manager in an international company and then independent entrepreneur, I myself have gone through life and career transitions, which now inform my practice.
Having graduated with a MASTER'S degree in HR Strategies (Celsa, Sorbonne, Paris), a MASTER'S degree in Law and Social Management of the Company (Toulouse 1 Capitole) obtained through VAE and a MASTER'S degree in Coaching (Newcastle Business School, United Kingdom), I have developed a eclectic approach to professional development: Skills Assessment, Individual and group VAE support, Coaching, Facilitation of co-development groups, Use of psychometric and 360° tools, cards and metaphors and creative tools to promote reflection and the emergence of new ideas.

Confronting one's identity and experience with cultural difference allows us to discover the richness of the shared humanity we all have. It is from this conviction that Bleuz&differences was born, a safe space for those who wish to (re)discover meaning in their journey and build a professional path aligned with their values, their history, and their aspirations.
I spent my first career as an HR Manager in automotive industry and customer relationship services. Then, I supported 70 managers to develop both collective intelligence and leadership, to gain in agility in a company becoming multi clients, multi sites and international.
As the person responsible for recruitment, training and inclusion, I reinforced my strong belief that diverse teams can leverage their cognitive diversity into adaptability and innovation and thrive.
My uniqueness lies in my efforts to connect intellect, body and heart in service of my clients' development.
Practicing horseback riding, dance, yoga, and mindfulness meditation, I incorporate a keen awareness of sensations and presence into my coaching sessions. This somatic approach allows for a different way of experiencing learning: more embodied and more lasting.
An integrative approach: intellect, heart and body.
A dedicated and constantly evolving coach
I work to make every difference a lever for development, to promote the diversity of paths and experiences, to offer everyone the opportunity to develop professionally in a supportive, authentic and humane environment.
As an active member of the Association for Coaching (AC) France, I am committed to a continuous process of training and supervision.
In particular, I facilitate the co-coaching forums of AC France, spaces of kindness and sharing where professionals come to explore and enrich their practices.
I respect the international ethical and professional principles of coaching and contribute to fostering multicultural and inclusive coaching in France.
